This Return Policy explains how to request an eligible return from AERELITH. It should be read together with our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Contact us at savoiyard1@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Items that arrive damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, incorrect, or incomplete are handled under our issue-resolution process.
Get authorization before shipping
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or video when relevant. We will provide the correct return instructions and authorized destination. Do not send a parcel back to the address printed on the original package or directly to a supplier or warehouse unless we specifically instruct you to do so in writing.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the return is caused by our error or an approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, we will provide an appropriate resolution without requiring unreasonable return costs.
Items that cannot be returned
Some products may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns when required for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other product-specific reasons. Any such restriction will be disclosed where applicable and does not remove rights that apply to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
Inspection and refund
Once an authorized return is received or otherwise verified, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy.
