These Terms of Service govern your use of the AERELITH website and services. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Online store terms

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order and must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen and minor non-material differences may occur. Products, variants, prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, obvious pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to ship to the supplied destination. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount due.

If you submit reviews, feedback, images or other content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use such content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
